Service Terms

NorthQuest provides outbound cold email campaigns for AI software companies. We build lead lists, set up infrastructure, and deliver qualified meetings to your calendar.

Pricing is a flat monthly retainer based on your chosen tier. Basic: $2,500 per month (35–50 meetings). Scale: $5,000 per month (90–120 meetings). First month paid upfront. Monthly subscription auto-bills on the same date each month. Cancel anytime.

A qualified meeting is a scheduled call where the prospect matches your ideal client profile, has a legitimate need for your solution, and attends the scheduled call.

All infrastructure, tools, and software are included in your monthly retainer. No separate tool costs. We manage domains, inboxes, warmup, and deliverability.

You provide your ideal customer profile (ICP) and target market. You handle all sales calls and closing. You maintain a booking link (Calendly or similar).

Cancel anytime. No notice required. No penalty. No long-term contracts. Service continues until end of paid period. Infrastructure can be transferred upon request.

All non-public information shared between Client and NorthQuest remains confidential. NorthQuest does not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with Client consent.

NorthQuest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from service use. Clients assume full responsibility for decisions made based on meetings delivered.

These Terms constitute the entire service agreement. By using our service, you agree to these terms. NorthQuest may update Terms with notice; continued service use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
