Service Terms

NorthQuest runs cold email campaigns for AI software companies. We handle domains, warmup, sending, and deliver qualified meetings to your calendar.

First five qualified meetings are delivered at no cost. Client pays zero upfront. After the fifth qualified meeting is held, Client may choose to continue service at $200 per held qualified meeting. Invoices issued weekly for meetings held the prior week. No setup fee. No monthly retainer. If Client chooses not to continue after five meetings, no payment is due and relationship ends.

A qualified meeting is a scheduled call where the prospect matches your ideal client profile, has a legitimate need for your solution, and attends the scheduled call.

NorthQuest covers all infrastructure costs including domains, inboxes, warmup, and sending software. No separate charges to Client.

You provide your ideal customer profile (ICP) via the intake form. You handle all sales calls and closing. You maintain a booking link.

Cancel anytime. No notice required. No fees. No obligations. Pay only for calls already held. Future billing stops immediately upon cancellation.

All non-public information shared between Client and NorthQuest remains confidential.

NorthQuest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from service use.

These Terms constitute the entire service agreement. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
